April is over and I thought I'd share with everyone my favorite products for last month. Some of the products are new. Some are just to amazing not to mention.

Dinair No Sweat

No Sweat,  is like an anti antiperspirant for the face. It will actually help prevent sweating and it is perfect for photo shoots, hot weather, and for active people! We love this product especially for brides. It's perfect for everyone during the hot summer months. It retails for $9. You can find it for $8 on our site.

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm

Clinique just launched 8 new shades of their chubby sticks in the month of May. We're in love with these for summer because of their super moisturizing properties. They are truly pigmented but act as a lip balm to keep lips moist and dewy. Their new shades are perfect for summer. This is a must-have in your beach bag. The Clinique Chubby Sticks are available on our site for $19.25.

Make Up For Ever Aqua Shadow 

Make Up For Ever Aqua Shadow is a new product that’s supposed to be a “smudge-proof, long-lasting eyeshadow pencil that enhances and intensifies the eyes.” It’s also “intensely pigmented, “waterproof,” “will not smudge, crease, or fade,” “glides effortlessly,” and “blends easily.” 

There are twelve shades in total, with five shades being creams (no shimmer) and seven shades having a very frosted, almost metallic-like finish.

  Each pencil is packaged in a plastic pencil, and they are meant to be sharpened–they do not twist-up. 

These are nicely pigmented and have excellent color payoff. After 8 hours, the color is still on.

These are another summer must have. They're waterproof and perfect for bridal makeup or every day wear.

YSL Dessin Du Regard Waterproof Eye Pencil  

 This eyeliner is ultra smooth and waterproof. Perfect for summer wear. It comes in 7 different highly-pigmented shades. YSL is known for their top-of-the-line product and definitely got this one right. My new favorite for summer.

OCC Lip Tar 

The OCC Lip Tars are super-pigmented and last for hours. These are perfect if you want your lip color to last. It goes on like a lip gloss but shows up like a lipstick. These are perfect for brides. No need to reapply for hours. These come in so many cool shades it's unbelievable. They retail for $14 but find them on our site at a discount.

Smashbox Shades of Fame Palette 

 

Oooooh! I love this new palette! It just came out in May as part of Smashbox's new Shades of Fame Collection. With 9 eyeshadow shades, 2 cream liners, the photo finish primer and a brush, this palette is packed with everything you need to create look after look. The eyeshadows are set in trio's that are pre selected to make looks. This takes the guess work out when you're first playing with it. What a great deal for you money. This retails for $48 but find it on our site at a discount.

MAC Fluidline 

We reviewed this once again for the wedding season. The MAC fluidline has always been the main eyeliner used for bridal in our school. It's waterproof and truly pigmented. It's perfect for in the waterline and for creating that perfect cat eye. You can also use it as a base to deepen color. This is our all time favorite for this time of year.

Sugarpill Heartbreaker Palette 

 Lovin this new palette! This just came out May 18th. Sugarpill never disappoints when it comes to strong, true, pigmented colors. I will be doing a tutorial using these colors. Don't miss out on this one because the colors are unlike any in my kit.

Urban Decay Naked Palette 

We know this isn't new but every wedding season we turn to the Urban Decay Naked Palette. Perfect for bridal or just every day wear. You can make look after look with this palette. It's always going to be one of our staples. The colors are pigmented and long-lasting. The array is great for any skin tone.
